Roland was in the center of the maze, near one of the large decorative statues, working on some wires leading up to it.

Callie turns a corner in the maze, coming across Roland.
"Oh, hey," Callie says when she spots the teacher, "Sorry. Didn't mean to interrupt."

"It was part of a security system -- there are some old tunnels down here -- an old bomb shelter, I'd imagine, originally. Didn't want just anyone roaming around."
