Sean seemed to snap back to reality after Ayami snapped her fingers.

"What? Oh, sorry... brought back some things I'd rather forget," Sean said, "Sacrifices can be a very potent....fuel for magic spells or rituals. If he was sacrificing people to perform a ritual or spell somebody at the school would probably have noticed by now. Especially if he was doing it nearby."
