Brigid had reluctantly made her way to the medical center, where she was presently being prodded by a nurse. By the sour look on her face she was not enjoying herself.

Mary Ann wandered past, being led by one of the other nurses. They put her into the exam area next to Brigid since she didn't seem to be in any sort of immediate distress.

Mary Ann tried to look at her back again, just as unsuccessfully as earlier, "Well, at least I know not to give Kay rides in the future."

Mary Ann shrugged, which resulted in a wince. "I just know personally I wouldn't want to touch a friend's relationship issues. Few times I've seen it done, it seemed like the end result was everyone getting pissed with the person for 'meddling'."
