Natalya closed her office door, locking it behind her before pulling up something on her laptop to interface with ASHLIE.

ASHLIE, do you have a moment?

<"How can I being of the assistance?"> her avatar appears in the room and talks in... well it's -technically- Russian.

"English is fine, though I appreciate the effort," Natalya said, smiling. "Have we had any identified breaches of the security system lately? Particularly with the security cameras or the archived footage?"

"No ma'am. The only attempted intrusion was Riot a couple weeks back."

"Do we have records of who has accessed those systems and that information within the last two weeks?"

"Yes, though all of them were authorized." she says, bringing up a list on Natalya's screen.

Natalya skimmed through the list, looking for anomalies in the patterns. As she skimmed, she asked, "Any idea how someone would have gotten hold of the footage for that video?"

Ashlie scans through the trailer footage, calculating angles, vectors and audio-patterns, projecting them onto the screen in rapid succession until arriving at a static image.

"None of the footage was recorded by the internal security system. Some of them were filmed in locations that do not have security camera coverage."

"We can safely eliminate anything outside the grounds as not our problem, regardless of how irritating it is," she said, though she probably didn't have to tell ASHLIE that she reflected. "Isolate to the list of places where we don't have security cameras in place, that may help us find out who's responsible. Although I suppose at this point you're wondering why I care about a stupid internet video..."

"You are concerned about the safety and privacy of the students." she says while systematically removing everything that was shot in a room with camera coverage from the list.

"Okay, so someone had to get a camera of some sort into these locations to record this footage. Which means they had to enter the location in some manner." She drummed her fingers on her desk as she considered the list.

"It could be a disguised autonomous device."

"There was a time we'd scan for high bandwidth transmissions to find something like this. Those days are long gone."

"Why? It would be simple to eliminate the false positives from video-streaming. Especially if gathered footage was transmitted in a compacted burst. I would have noticed a permanent data-stream."

"Probably worth doing. I guess I'm not familiar enough with your capabilities."

"I will start monitoring wireless transmissions more closely over the next couple of days." she nods.

"Avoid Mr. Strong's transmissions. I'd rather not feed into his paranoia on the off-chance that he might pick up that you're watching him."

"I didn't intend to scan the contents, just the meta-data, but okay."

"I didn't expect you to look at the contents, but I thought we'd avoid unnecessary unpleasantness if possible."

"I understand."

"I appreciate your help on this, ASHLIE."

"You're welcome. I always try to be helpful."
