Sometime in the evening, there's a sound of something hitting Theresa's dorm window, like a rock or an acorn.

Theresa frowns, pulling off her headphones and getting up. She moves over to the window, trying to figure out what was making that noise.

In a tree near Theresa's window there's a large, shaggy shape, light from the dorm room reflecting off its eyes.

"Oh, for fuck's sake," Theresa says. She opens the window and climbs out, hovering in the air over to where the shape is hanging in the tree.

"No, no, go back in. Just leave it open," Brigid hisses.

She's managed to get into her half-shape for climbing, but that's all the more luck she's had.

"You think you can fit through the window?" She hovers up, trying to make it look like she's getting some air and hopefully drawing some attention away from Brig McLargewolf.

"Just hurry it up. I was in the middle of something."

"...sorry," she mumbles, then makes a leap for the window.

She makes it, mostly. The back half of her is hanging out before she manages to get a grip with her legs and push herself the rest of the way in.

Theresa's laptop open and is currently displaying a screen of some fantasy land with a character laying down and something large walking by along with a message saying "6 minutes until release". Something big is walking off into the distance. After a few moments, Theresa comes back into the window, closing it behind her and dropping the blinds. "What happened?"

"Ran into a telepath."

She experiments with standing up, finding that remaining stooped is her only real option.

"Wondered what the big snarly thing in my head was. Poked it."

"Well, that was stupid," Theresa said. "And let me guess, your clothes are shot? Is that why you're hanging out outside my window?"

"Was either you or scare my roommate," she says, hanging her head.

"Well, can you shift back? Because nothing I have is going to fit you as you are now."

"Please. You wouldn't be the first person to streak across campus," she said, opening the closet and beginning to rummage around.

"Technically did already," she mutters, closing her eyes and concentrating. Her body shrinks fitfully, surging back up once or twice.

"Like anyone would know the difference with all that fur," Theresa said, coming out to lean against her closet door with some clothes in hand. "That telepath must have poked you pretty hard," she says, watching the fitful transformation.

"I'm fairly certain we established where I stand with her," Theresa says with a smirk. "I mean I could always talk to her if you're into that sort of thing," she said, baiting Brigid and obviously not serious.

"Was before I ended up naked in your room," she smirks, closing her eyes and giving it another try. She seems to be getting a little further, but is clearly not good at this yet.

"Well, if you ending up naked in my room is going to become a thing, I'm definitely going to have to talk to her."

Theresa just crosses her arms and watches, stealing a glance at her computer. "Damn it," she mutters.

"Oh, something killed me," she said, gesturing at the laptop. "Nothing earth shattering." She stood and watched Brigid for a moment, just to make sure she wasn't going to abruptly shift back to gigantic size.

"...sorry. Hate to do this, but I'd only just managed thumbs before getting up that tree."

She seems reasonably comfortable, sitting there.
