Issue 1 Downtime

Theresa did as she'd told Stephanie she'd do. She'd retrieved a shifter training outfit in her size and then retreated to her room. Now she was settled in front of her laptop, muttering angrily and occasionally taking out a bit of frustration on the keyboard. She'd neglected to close the door, so the noise was somewhat audible from the hallway.

"Hey. Looks like you got ready early, huh?"

Theresa turned around. "I figured I'd wear the suit for a little bit to get used to it before I have to spend the night in it. Don't want to wear it to dinner or anything."

Theresa sighed, "Wonderful. Cause what we need are idiots sniffing around the Danger Room after the Head Mistress puts it on lockdown tonight."

"They don't know about Murphy, but apparently everyone thinks I got my arm bitten off or something," she says, stepping into the room finally.

Theresa snorted, "That sounds like Kay. Hopefully Miranda doesn't find out she was looking. There's no telling how that weirdo would react."

"Yeah, I don't really have a handle on her but I guess I'm not the one who has to date her," she says, curling a lip for a moment.

"Had to let Alex down for tonight. He was disappointed, but there'll be other nights."

"At least Murphy will be there to keep me occupied," Theresa teased. Then she frowned, "Unless, of course, Murphy becomes problematic again and we don't change, then Steph's under orders to kick us out of the room."
