The morning after meeting with Nailah, a groggy and haphazardly dressed John trudged into the student kitchen for a much needed cup of coffee. He had bad dreams all night long about spiders eating everyone he cared about. Yay him.

Bear entered, skipping the refrigerator and heading to John.
"You.. Don't look so good." She began, with a smile, but hesitatingly.

"The thing in my dad's head was a Japanese spirit creature. It was there to deliver a warning from one of my ancestors..." he said before recounting the details of
the message.
