Issue 1 Downtime

Regan reappeared inside the ring, looking the worse for wear. Parts of her were just missing, ripped right out by the specter's claws. The dark, black fogs that follwed her around were spilling out of the wounds rather liberally.

"Sweet goddess, what happened?" Victoria appeared in the ringscape shortly after Regan did, and if she was usually good at hiding when she was alarmed, this time she wasn't.

"...my fault," Regan mumbles, gripping the handle of the sword in her hand tightly.

"Yes, I'm certain that you completely meant to do that," Victoria said dryly. "Really... what happened," she said, a bit more calmly now that she'd seen that yes, the preparations that they'd made had kept Regan from getting re-killed. She pulled out a dagger and (symbolically) cut her hand open, pouring out enough of herself to feed power into the ring.

"There's something in the moon," Regan continues mumbling, the wounds slowly filling back in, "An eye. Staring down at me."

Victoria sighed. "Just relax. You're going to be all right... then we'll figure out what the hell is going on."

"Some...things...came through me," Regan says, "They attacked Haley."

Victoria looked her over... but somehow seemed to believe her. "Did she do this to you? Or... no, this is different this time."

"They can hurt me," Regan says, "I tried to fight them off but....I kind of suck."

"All right... let's make sure I'm getting the details right... some... 'things' came out of you and attacked Haley, you didn't mean to do it, and you couldn't make them stop. I'm going to assume this is related to that 'calling ghosts' question from a couple days ago?"

"Probably?" Regan says, "But then, I'm not the expert."
