Suddenly, there was a massive crash just outside the door to Raven's dorm room..

Raven carefully placed the hair in a safe place, and rushed to the door.

"Omigod is everyone ok?"

"Bloody hell!"

Eric Osgood was flat on his back, clutching his head and moaning.

The wall he has apparently run into didn't fare much better, as chunks of white, brand new plaster crumbled down onto the floor.

"The bloody regulator I had installed isn't working, is what happened..."

Eric struggled to his feet, a drip of blood flowing down his forehead.

"I'm gonna kick that biotech so far up his arse, he'll need tonsil surgery!"

Eric took a look at Raven and her style of dress, and grunted.

"Yeh. Ya probably wouldn't."

He touched his metal-finger tipped hand to his forehead, groaning as it came back down wet and red.

"I'm a cyborg, lass. One tha' don't really takes well to new gizmos, apparently."

"A cyborglass? Is that like, some kind of watch?"

Eric blinked in disbelief.

"Na' a cyborglass, Ahm' a cyborg. I got metal computer bits all inside!"

Eric wasn't sure if she was putting him on or not.

Eric nodded, holding his head.

"I'd love ta talk all about it, lass. But might ya have a plaster? I'm bleeding out here."

"Oh! Yes, yes, come in, come in," she said, grabbing him by the arm and practically dragging him into her room.

Her third of the room, at least, was filled with shelves of books and bottles and flasks of things.

"Now, I think Nina has some regular bandaids around here..."

Eric gritted his teeth in stinging dull pain as he glanced about the room.

"Something tells me yer na fully into hard chemistry, lass..."

Perhaps a little hesitantly, he did as directed, taking a seat.

And that's when she went over to the shelf of vials.

"Are you, like, allergic to anything?"

Eric jumped up "Ah no, no no no! The plaster is fine enough, thanks!"

"Victoria's room is down the hall," she deadpanned.

"No, no, I use things the Goddesses of nature have granted us -- a poultice of some aloe vera, some Indian pennywart, a touch of calendula, and a bit of horsetail. Together with some words of power and healing, and you should be all good."

"Ok, tha' sounds not too bad. Pretty good, actually.."

Eric winced in pain, hoping things were clean, if not sterile.

And so, Raven went to work, bandaging him up nicely (if a bit amatuerly).

"Now, that's probably enough, unless you'd like to buy some nice incense or a healing potion."

"In a way, with me fists, I suppose. Yeah." He replied, smirking.

"Bottom line, a had a gizmo put in me, tha was supposed ta make me powers work a bit more reliably. But tha bloody thing doesn't work. An I aim to make a fuss with the person who did it."
