"No problem," Ryan said with a grin, setting the boxes down next to her bed with a quiet grunt. "Wouldn't be gentlemanly to make you carry this all yourself, now, would it?"

"Um....yeah, sure." Rachel said, a bit surprised, and unsure how to answer "that would be great." Is this a date? No, no calm down. Not a date. This is just a drink. Just a drunk, calm down.

Hm. Doesn't sound too enthusiastic, but that's okay. We can work on that. "Awesome. There's a nice place in town that has no problem taking our money from us. Just... hm. Do you like motorcycles? It's fine if you don't, I can call us a cab or something."

See, he's just being friendly. Rachel told herself sternly If this was a date, or he wanted into my pants, he'd ask to fly. "I've never ridden on one, but it sounds cool." Rachel said "I'm always up for trying new things."
