Hannah "Archer" Murphy

Name: Hannah “Archer” Murphy
Age: 20
Power: The ability to absorb energy and convert it into concussive red "arrows" of energy that can be fired and steered towards a target. The spheres vary in power and size, usually depending on how much of a charge she’s currently carrying, but generally can easily blast through a wall. She can currently create up to five bolts at a time with enough of a charge, but steering them to individual targets requires heavy concentration and focus. The arrows are not explosive, but rather a beam of concussive force more akin to Cyclops' optic blasts.
Due to an encounter with a pack of werewolves, Murphy has contracted lycanthropy. She can change into a wolf at will, has enhanced senses, and some regenerative abilities. However, she is also vulnerable to silver and becomes more bestial during the full moon.
Personality: Quiet and soft-spoken with a very serious look, it’s hard to get to know Murphy properly. Most people that befriend her (usually by force) find her to be a very sweet if socially awkward and introverted girl.
Description: Standing at nearly 6’8”, Murphy is very tall and muscular. She has short black hair and blue eyes and usually wears practical clothing. Jeans, tank-tops, and her signature brown leather jacket.
Background: The daughter of former XI student and famed exotic wildlife expert Rem Murphy, Hannah has spent most of her life in some of the most far flung locales. Her mutant abilities manifested when she was a teenager, but she choose to stay with her family on their travels where her father tutored her in the control techniques he learned when he was at the Xavier Institute.
The decision to go to the university was not an easy and Murphy was practically forced into it. Her parents wanted her to get a college education, but Murphy was uncomfortable being away from her family for the first time ever especially since she’d be surrounded by strangers. After putting off leaving until the point where the university threatened to withdraw her enrollment, Murphy was packed into a plane and sent to London.
During her first year at the university, Murphy was attacked by a pack of werewolves. Their bite infected her with a curse that made her turn into a bestial and ravenous werewolf. The staff and students at the university attempted to capture and cure her, but they were only able to weaken the curse allowing her greater control over her emotions and mental faculties.
Murphy seems content with being a werewolf and has not pursued any sort of cure for her condition.
