Sitting in the plastic packaging, nestled into the fitted compartment, waiting for you to pick me up, was thrilling. Oh sure, to the untrained eye, I was just sitting there not moving, but the anticipation--the uncertainty. They lack of control and fate--THAT'S exciting.

It's the anticipation. How long will it take the Morrigan to come home? Will she like my outfit? What will happen AFTER the blessing? That makes NOW exciting.

"Well, we could do it without her physically present, in fact most rituals are done that way as you might imagine. It's not that I think she won't pay attention, but it... draws the attention of that aspect of her. I think it's a little like what you saw in the Danger Room. You didn't just watch the battle, she let you feel it. The libation is to make sure she doesn't just see the ritual but can feel it? There's not really a good way to explain it, especially since I only know it from the other side of it."
